The Payam Project is defined to develop and complete all segments of the national silicon value chain with the vision of creating a full cycle silicon industry, from the raw material, silicon, to downstream products. Localizing the entire chain can lead to cost reduction and increased competitiveness. Having the entire chain helps the group maintain resilience and continue production during price shocks caused by political, economic, or social changes in various segments of the chain.
